You do not need to be present for your delivery drop off. You will receive text updates and a picture of your order after it is delivered.

If you are not home, you can either leave out your own cooling accommodation such as a cooler and ice packs for our drivers to place your order in, or opt into our black bag system. 

Our black bag system is a one time purchase for your meals to be delivered in an insulated black bag with ice packs. After the first delivery, it works as an exchange system. Just leave out your black bag and ice packs for our driver to pick up, and your meals will continued to be delivered in black bags with ice packs. You can note in delivery instructions that you will be leaving out a black bag with ice packs.

We deliver to Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach. Delivery fees vary based on how far the delivery is. 

The delivery window for all orders is Monday or Thursday from 4pm-7pm, depending on the day/s you selected.

All orders are taken online through our website. You can choose an À La Carte order, or sign up for our subscription service.

À La Carte ordering is our standard ordering system. This is for people who like to switch up how many meals, and what type of meals they order each week. This is the option to order what you need, when you need it.

Subscription ordering is for people who don't want to have to order every single week. Pick the order days and amount of meals right for you, and have them delivered to your door every week.

Build your own Grilled chicken dinners are still available to order. They are under chicken dinners and you are able to select which portion size, as well as swap your flavors and sides just like before.

We have a variety of meals that are not made with any common allergens like gluten or dairy. However, we do use these ingredients in our kitchen.

We  can not guarantee our products are free of these allergens. While we follow food safety guidelines and take steps to minimize risk, please be aware that cross contamination may occur. If you have any questions regarding allergies, please contact us.

Yes you can pick up! You can pick up both À La Carte and subscription orders at our Newport News location. Pick up is Monday and Thursday from 4pm-7pm. 

No problem! We make extra meals and sell them instore through out the week. Meals are first come first serve.
